Yoga

Chanel has been teaching yoga for over eleven years. During that time she has developed a unique style that draws from many other yoga disciplines – Vinyasa, Hatha, Hot Yoga, Restorative, Kundalini and Pilates – and fuses them into a single, powerful practice.

Her teaching is always personal, engaging and adventurous. You will discover limitless possibilities as you feel connected and revitalised inside and out. Chanel’s therapeutic skills (mindfulness, massage, life coaching, hypnotherapy and psychotherapy) have helped her develop a long-standing and successful practice as a unique and inspiring teacher.

Chanel has worked across the country and abroad delivering yoga workshops and retreats. She also works with other leading mind and body experts and is the founder and organiser of Nottingham’s Yoga & Wellbeing Festival.

Chanel currently teaches at the following:

  • Hot yoga – gotohotyog.co.uk – Mon, Fri and alternating Sun morning’s 10-11.15am
  • Hot yoga – The Fitness Space, WB  –  Tue 8-9pm, alternating Thu lunchtimes 12-1pm, and Sat 10.30-11.30am
  • Non hot yoga – The Body Centre, Ruddington – Thu 7.45-8.45pm
