Mindfulness is an ancient Buddhist practice that allows the individual to observe their own thoughts from a distance. This results in awareness, clarity, acceptance and present-moment experiences. Mindfulness reduces stress and anxiety, which in turn relieves pressure on the body, enabling the individual to be fully in the moment and to feel fantastic.
Some of the topics we will cover during our mindfulness sessions are – gratitude, self and others loving kindness, mindful conversations, mindful eating, the ego, releasing negativity and enjoying more positivity, the mountain, attention, forgiveness, acceptance, sound mindfulness, laughter, befriending mindfulness and more.
