Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a safe meditative practice that allows you to observe your own thoughts from a distance. This results in awareness, acceptance and present-moment experiences. Research shows mindfulness is abundant with mental and physical benefits including – reducing stress, anxiety, depression, relieving pressure on the body as well as, the release of feel-good hormones that make you happier and healthier in addition to improving your relationships and giving you control over issues in your life.

Some of the topics covered in mindfulness are – understanding your brain and how it functions, gratitude, forgiveness, loving kindness, mindful eating, the ego, releasing negativity and enjoying more positivity, the mountain, attention, acceptance, sound mindfulness, laughter, befriending mindfulness and more.
