This short 5-week interactive course is insightful and full of interesting practices to provide you with the tools to be mindful long after the course ends. Topics include – developing trust, attention, thoughts managing emotions, acceptance & forgiveness, mental retreat loving kindness.
This wonderful, calming practice offers a way of connecting with our moment-to-moment experience in an open and non-judgemental way, discovering acceptance, forgiveness and self-knowledge by modifying negative thoughts, feelings and behaviours allowing you to feel happier and more content.
Inspired Wellbeing Mindfulness course is an interactive, practical experience where you are gently guided through different practices some of which include – understanding how your brain works, gratitude, forgiveness, loving kindness, mindful eating, the ego, releasing negative feelings, attention, acceptance, sound mindfulness, laughter mindfulness, befriending mindfulness and more.
