Inspired Wellbeing Mindfulness course is an interactive, practical experience where you are gently guided through different practices some of which include – understanding how your brain works, gratitude, forgiveness, loving kindness, mindful eating, the ego, releasing negative feelings, attention, acceptance, sound mindfulness, laughter mindfulness, befriending mindfulness and more.

Our popular 5- week course costs £25 per person and commences on Sunday 10th September 2017 at our Long Eaton office and runs every Sunday from 5-6.30 pm.
