WHERE IS THE NOTTINGHAM YOGA & WELLBEING FESTIVAL BEING HELD?
The Belgrave Rooms, 25 Goldsmith Street, Nottingham NGNG1 5LB. This is a City Centre location in Nottingham and easily accessible on foot, by tram and bus.
IS THERE ANY PARKING?
Yes! There is up to 150 car park spaces on a first come basis. A lift leads directly into the venue for any disabled access.
DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN YOGA MAT OR WILL ONE BE PROVIDED ON THE DAY?
We aim to provide yoga mats for everyone to use for the day. However, if you prefer to bring your own then feel free. There will also be the opportunity to purchase your very own yoga mat.
CAN I BOOK SPECIFIC WORKSHOPS IN ADVANCE?
This is not available due to limitations in resources. If you are keen to see or participant in a particular workshop then please arrive early.
WHEN WILL THE FESTIVAL PROGRAMME BE AVAILABLE?
The workshop programme will be available a couple of weeks before the event. However, as new workshops, seminars and therapies are booked all the time announcements will be made via social media.
ARE THERE ANY CHANGING FACILITIES
There are no showers or changing facilities. Yet you will see plenty of toilets to freshen up.
ARE THERE ANY WORKSHOPS OR FACILITIES FOR CHILDREN AND DO THEY HAVE TO PAY?
Children are FREE to attend. However, please note that they are their bringers responsibility at all times. There are a limited number of workshops for children across ages and a small area for arts and crafts.
WILL THERE BE FOOD AND REFRESHMENTS?
Yes, there will be food available on the day which is sure to cater for all.

IF I BOOK A STALL, CAN I TEACH A WORKSHOP?
Teaching and exhibiting are independent aspects of the festival. In order to ensure the relevance and quality for the workshop programme, workshops are selected by invitation only. If you are considering exhibiting, we’ll let you know about your application as soon as we can, so that you can make relevant arrangements and decide whether or not you want to exhibit.
WHAT KIND OF TOPICS ARE YOU LOOKING FOR?
We like to cover as broad a remit as possible within the popular areas of health, wellbeing and personal development. So essentially, anything goes. We are open to suggestions particular to interactive type workshops that provide a memorable experience, and tools attendees can take away.
If it’s not a good fit this time around, we’ll send you an email to let you know. Unfortunately we are not able to provide detailed reasoning due to limitations in resources.
WHEN WILL I HEAR BACK ABOUT WHETHER I HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFUL AT PRESENTING AT THE FESTIVAL?
Please wait at least a month after submitting your application, to ensure it has been properly reviewed. We do our best to reply to everyone. But this can’t always be guaranteed due to resource limitations.
